The Spray Ring Assembly is designed to satisfy the need
to clean the lens on the process side. It is available with
1/4" NPT or swage nipple connections. A connection of
an air line, water line or gas line to the spray ring allows
for a series of 3/32" holes staggered on alternate rings to
blast the glass clean. The spray ring is designed to fit
with mating gaskets between a standard flange (ANSI
B16.5) and any of PresSure Products’ sight glass flange
units (ANSI B16.5). The outside diameter of this spray
ring is machined to fit inside of the flange bolts, thereby
centering the spray ring. The spray ring can also be built
as an internal component of any PresSure Products sight
glass weld unit. Sizes for DIN standards or non-ANSI
flanges are available upon request. |
