Flat Plate Glass
PresSure Products maintains a large inventory of tempered and annealed circular glass discs of various diameters and thickness cut from Soda Lime and Borosilicate (Pyrex) plate materials. Discs are also available in quartz if needed. Oblong, Rectangles and special shapes to a customer’s specifications are also available. All flat glass shapes can be provided with drilled holes, edge beveling and many other enhancements to meet your requirements.

Liquid Level Gauge Glass
Transparent and Reflex gauge glass are designed for use in transparent, reflex or weld-pad style armored liquid level gauges. There are nine available sizes ranging from 4 1/2" long to 13 3/8" long. Standard gauge glass is made of Borosilicate (Pyrex) glass.

Glass Cylinders
Glass cylinders are cut from Borosilicate (Pyrex) heavy wall tubing, available in lengths up to 48" long. Standard wall thickness ranges from 5/32" to 3/8." Contact PresSure Products for pressure ratings.

Mica Shields
Mica Shields are used to protect glass against etching due to steam attack.

Teflon® Protector
Glass can be coated with PFA Teflon® to protect against chemical attack.

Polycarbonate (Lexan)
Polycarbonate (Lexan) is used instead of glass in certain applications. It is available in flat discs or cylinder tubing. Temperature is limited to 250o F max.
